Estimating Calorie Needs

Find some of the resources we used at practice to determine your calorie needs and to develop your healthy eating plan.

Print this out and use it to determine how many servings of each food group you should have each day.  Then, start getting in all your fruits, veggies, and low fat dairy!

What counts as a serving?  Check out these great tables to look up the food and serving sizes that you normally consume.
