Fees
The cost of all travel regattas are divided amongst the rowers
going on each trip. The cost includes food, regatta entry fees
and boat transportation costs. The fees for this regatta are
as follows.
$30.00 per rower due Monday April 6th to Coach Jackie
The total for all the regatta fees this season is $245. You
may write one check if that is more convenient for you. All
checks should be made payable to 'GMRC'.
There will be a large retail area with plenty of rowing gear
and event t-shirts. It is popular to bring extra cash for the
gear both. The local organizing committee does take credit/debit
cards as well.
Waivers
Rower under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian complete
the following steps. If unavailable to complete these steps,
please download the USRowing Waiver above, and return to your
coach. The online waiver is only valid for regattas registered
with Regatta Central, duals and scrimmages may require a paper
waiver to be signed as well.
Enter the code HB-913922 and enter your last name. This
will make sure you're added to the GMRC roster. If you have
raced with GMRC before, you may only need to complete an update

This process will need to be completed once per school year.

There is a Coaches and Coxswains Meeting in the Main Tent
at 6:30AM. All coxswains and coaches need to be present.

Notes
Booster Coffee Clutch: 8:00 AM This is a new program during
the morning for parents and families to gather and review
the plan for the day. It is a great way to get updated on
the frequent schedule changes. For novice parents, this is
a great way to learn about the sport.
Please allow 1 hour to de-rig and load the equipment following
the completion of our racing.
Families should bring a folding chair, foul weather gear
in case it rains, something to read or listen to while you
wait and comfortable shoes-there's a lot of walking!
Directions to Harsha Lake, East Fork State Park - using Rt.
125
I-275 East/South to Beechmont Ave. - Rt 125 (Exit #65)
Follow Beechmont Ave- Rt. 125 East- for 9.5 miles. You will
bass though Withamsville, Amelia, and Mt. Holly. The road
name will change names- Stay on Rt 125 East Note: As you pass through Amelia watch for the 25 Mph Zone,
it is closely patrolled, even at 6AM!
The Park turnoff is about 2 miles past the United Dairy
Farmers on the left.
At Bantam Road. there is a light. Turn left onto Bantam
Rd. Drive .2 miles to the East Fork State Park entrance. Turn
left into the park, and follow the signs for the Beach.
Drive about .9 mile, passing a cemetery and church on the
left. Turn left where the Park signs indicate the Beach and
continue for .6 miles to the lake. You will go down a small
hill and the lake will be in front of you. The park is roughly
40mins east of Cincinnati.
